Zomato board approves name change to Eternal Ltd, unveils new logo

Food aggregator Zomato said that its board of directors had approved a resolution to officially change the name of the parent company to Eternal Ltd. The change of name is subject to the approval of shareholders, the corporate affairs ministry, and other statutory authorities. After the approval, the company's corporate website will transition from zomato.com to eternal.com

The regulator issued the final order, imposing a total penalty of Rs 34 crore on Brightcom and four others. Of this, Reddy and Kancharla have been imposed with a penalty of Rs 15 crore each.

RBI MPC Cuts Repo Rate by 25 bps to 6.25%, Maintains ‘Neutral’ Stance
