Introduction
I’m Ravi Yadav from a small village in the district of Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, and I completed my B. Tech from the Government College, Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi.
Preparation Journey
After completing my graduation, I started preparing for the SSC-CGL exam and missed the CGL-22 Mains by 3 marks. I then shifted my focus to banking exams, beginning my preparation in April 2023. Unfortunately, I failed the AAI ATC exam by 4 marks, the RBI Assistant Prelims by 0.5 marks, and the RRB PO Prelims by 1.25 marks. This left me frustrated and depressed, as repeatedly missing the cutoff by small margins suggested there were issues with my preparation strategy. However, thanks to God, I cleared both the IBPS Clerk and recently the SBI Clerk exams. I have many more goals to achieve this year, particularly aiming for IBPS PO and SBI PO.
Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy
Quantitative Aptitude: I followed Kaushik Mohanty sir, and his approach helped me significantly in achieving good marks in Quant.
Reasoning: I focused on practicing more and more puzzles from PDF bundles, which greatly improved my skills.
English: OG-Nimisha Ma’am’s editorial classes on YouTube and her perfection classes were instrumental in my preparation.
General Awareness: I kept myself updated with current affairs and regularly revised important topics to stay ahead.
