What is the IFSCA Grade A exam pattern?

 

The IFSCA Grade A exam pattern has 3 stages for the post of Assistant Manager. Phase 1 is an online screening test, while Phase 2 is the mains exam that checks detailed subject knowledge and English skills. Candidates who qualify Phase 2 are called for the interview (Phase 3), which carries 15% weightage, while Phase 2 marks carry 85% weightage in final selection. IT stream candidates must also clear a coding test before the interview stage.

Phase I (Preliminary / Screening)

- Two papers, 100 marks each, 60 minutes per paper.

- Paper 1: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and General Awareness.

- Marks are only for shortlisting; negative marking of 1/4th applies.

Phase II (Mains Exam)
