IRDAI Assistant Manager Phase 1 Exam Pattern 2025
As per the IRDAI Grade A Exam Pattern, the Phase I exam consists of an online test with MCQs. The paper will be set in both Hindi and English languages. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes, and the maximum marks are 160. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th. The questions are divided into four sections:

As per the IRDAI Grade A Exam Pattern, the Phase II exam consists of three papers: Paper I, Paper II, and Paper III. All three papers will be Descriptive in nature (questions will appear on screen and answers must be written on answer sheets). The tests will be available in English and Hindi, except for the Test of English Language, which will be provided only in English.

IRDAI Grade A Interview
As per the IRDAI Grade A Exam Pattern, candidates who clear all three papers of Phase II will then appear for the interview. The final selection will be based on the combined score of the Phase II Descriptive Exam and the Interview, in order of merit.
Important Points to Remember:
- The weightage of Phase II Descriptive Examination and Interview will be 85:15.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in Phase II and the interview.
