SEBI Grade A Cut Off 2025
The SEBI Grade A 2025 notification was released for 135 Assistant Manager posts across various streams. The cut-off marks for 2025 will be released after the exam is conducted for different categories. Candidates who qualify in the Phase 1 exam will appear for Phase 2, and those selected in Phase 2 will further appear for the interview round. SEBI Grade A Previous Year Cut Off for Last 5 Years
Previous years' SEBI Grade A cut-off marks give candidates a clear idea of the competition level and help them plan their preparation better. By looking at the cut-off trends for the General, Legal, IT, Research, Official Language, and Engineering streams from 2017 to 2024, candidates can understand how the required scores have changed over time.
For example, the General stream cut-off has ranged from 62.34 in 2022 to 66.5 in 2024, while the Legal stream has seen scores such as 67.67 in 2022 and 71.33 in 2024. Other streams like Research and Official Language follow similar patterns, and in some years, data is missing because the exam was not conducted for those streams. SEBI Grade A Minimum Qualifying Marks?
To qualify for SEBI Grade A, candidates from every stream must score the minimum marks required in each paper and also meet the overall aggregate cut-off. In Phase I, all candidates whether from General, Legal, IT, Research, Official Language, or Engineering streams must secure at least 30% in Paper 1 and 40% in Paper 2, along with an overall aggregate of 40% to advance.
In Phase II, the qualifying criteria remain the same for all streams a minimum of 30% in the Descriptive English paper and 40% in the stream-specific paper, with a combined aggregate requirement of 50%.
The interview stage does not have a minimum qualifying percentage, but the final merit is calculated using 85% weightage for Phase II and 15% for the interview. These minimum scores ensure that every candidate, regardless of their stream, meets the required standards in both individual papers and the overall evaluation.
