BPSC CDPO Salary Structure
- Candidates clearing all the stages of selection will be considered eligible for the job and will be selected for the post after a period of two years under probation and will get the pay as per 7TH Pay Commission under the probation period.
- Salary will be paid as per Level 9th pay grade after the end of the Probation period of 2 years. Accordingly, basic allowances will increase under the 9th pay grade.
- Salary package for Bihar PSC CDPO per annum under 7th Pay Commission stands at INR 6.2 Lacs to INR 12 Lacs under probation period. The monthly average salary ranges between INR 53,000 to INR 1,67,000.
BPSC CDPO Probation Period
- Under a Probation period of 2 years, candidates will be provided with training and gain working knowledge and experiences regarding their job. If a candidate is found eligible under this probation period will be selected for the post of CDPO. It is to be noted that BPSC holds complete right to terminate job offers and perks/ benefits provided along with during and post probation also of a candidate.
BPSC CDPO Job Profile
Candidates getting selected have to perform the below-mentioned duties as CDPO
- Implement the ICDS scheme
- Implement Supplementary Nutrition Program
- Overall, in charge of the office of the CDPO. Recommending ICDS.
- Recommendation of leave of all staff.
- Submission of proposals to the Directorate in respect of schemes, Budget Estimate, Five Year Plan, Annual Plan, etc.
- Recommendation of Awards for Anganwadi workers and helpers.

1. Prelims
- Prelims are the first round of the selection process (written exam)
- A test is conducted for a total of 150 marks.

2. Mains

3. Interview
