IDBI PGDBF Shift Timings – General Instructions

Candidates should follow the instructions as IDBI has detailed them in their call letters. A few general instructions are as follows:

Carry your call letter with your passport-sized photograph affixed. The photograph should be the same as the one used during the application.
Make sure to carry a copy of your call letter with proof of identity stapled to it. Students have to submit this at the end of the exam.
Carry Identity Proof on hand, including photocopies. These may include: PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or a People’s Representative on official letterhead/Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College or University/ Aadhaar Card/E-aadhaar Card with a photograph/Employee ID. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid ID proof.
Candidates should ensure that they arrive at the exam center 15 minutes before reporting time. Any candidate who is late will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
No candidate will be allowed to leave until the test is over or unless the Invigilator allows.
