  • Vocabulary: This refers to the collection of words and their meanings in Punjabi. It involves learning new words and understanding their usage in different contexts to enhance language proficiency.
  • Conjunctions: Conjunctions are words that connect phrases, clauses, or sentences. In Punjabi, conjunctions help in joining different parts of a sentence to make it coherent and meaningful. For example, ਤੇ (te) meaning “and”, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ (jiveṁ ki) meaning “like”, etc.
  • Prefixes and Suffixes: Prefixes are added at the beginning of a word, while suffixes are added at the end, altering the meaning or creating new words.
