Success story of Sasi Rekha
Success story of Sasi Rekha – To candidates who are working hard to pass the IBPS RRB PO examination. Never give up. Today, we’re going to share with you Sasi Rekha’s incredible story of perseverance and hard effort in clearing the IBPS. I hope this story may give you some inspiration.
Introduction
I am Sasi Rekha. I graduated in Mathematical Statistics. I have been preparing for banking exams since September, 2021.
Sasi Rekha Preparation Journey
I had written SBI po and clerk and IBPS po pre in 2021. I cleared IBPS po pre but couldn’t clear mains. So I have been preparing this time to rectify the mistakes I made earlier. I had cleared RRB PO which I had written for the first time and I am hoping to clear IBPS and SBI PO too.
Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy
I took coaching for quant from a local institute initially to clear the basics. So I relied on mock tests to improve my score. Analysing the mock after every test and practising the unattempted and wrong questions helped me. Also the AI given feedback on the olive board portal shows weak areas, practising those areas really helped in improving my score.
Reasoning – I took coaching initially to clear the basics. Question selection always plays an important role in any section especially in reasoning during the exam. So I used to practise sectional tests, tried various ways of attempting and found one suitable and followed it from then.
English – I relied on a youtube channel for the basics. Later I used to follow Harshita madams lectures on oliveboard YouTube channel.
GK/GA – I read daily current affairs from the olive board app and attempt the free quiz provided. Revising regularly is the key. Sometimes I watch YouTube videos.
Interview – Like a lot of people I am afraid of the interview process. So I took an oliveboard online interview preparation course for RRB PO. The feedback provided after the mock is useful.
Role of Oliveboard
- I relied solely on the oliveboard for mock tests. The questions level is on par with the exam level.
- The mock interviews are really good and the sir provided me with detailed feedback.
Feedback for faculty
Thank you Harshita madam and Aditya sir. Harshita madam’s classes helped me to improve my score in the English section.
Tips for other aspirants
- Reading current affairs daily and revising them seems to be boring, but if you do it daily it will be very rewarding later on during exams.
- The scores in the mock tests in the beginning will be very low, but with continuous practice and attempting the scores will automatically improve, so don’t give up.
