Here is his inspiring story:
Hello everyone, my name is Vikrant Gupta & I am from Jammu. I am currently working in L&T Infotech in Pune as a software engineer. Basically, I am an SSC CGL aspirant and as we all know SSC CGL 2018 was delayed, and so I started giving banking exams just to avoid procrastination and to maintain the tempo.
Since I was working in an IT company, I had a severe paucity of time. So, I had to micromanage my whole day finding time whenever I can and utilizing it for covering current affairs. Also once I was done with the basics as mentioned above, I started giving mocks only. I used to get 3-4 hours daily and utilized these hours for mocks and current affairs. On weekends I used to slog 8-10 hours and mostly revise all the important Questions done during the whole week.
Quant: I had already cleared my basics while preparing for SSC using books like Kiran Previous Year papers and various youtube channels. So for banking exams, I solved quizzes from various online portals followed by numerous mocks.
Reasoning: For reasoning, I watched a few youtube channels to understand the basics and after that solved daily quizzes from various online sources.
General Awareness: For general awareness,I followed affairs cloud weekly pdf’s and olive board bolt magazine for revision.
Interview-I focused on my bio data and work experience and prepared thoroughly from these topics. Also, i followed merit shine channel for interview preparation. I was pretty confident after giving interviews and much to my expectations I got 50 out of 50 in SBI PO and 54 out 0f 60 in LIC AAO.
Tips to Aspirants

How did Oliveboard help?
I used mock tests of Oliveboard along with free mocks available from all sources. OB mocks are a bit higher on the difficulty scale, so it prepares you for the worst. Just giving mocks is not a solution, Analysis after that is of utmost importance. More time should be given to analysis in order to understand your strong and weak areas. I used to write important Questions from the mocks and revised them on weekends.
