Empowering Access to Justice: DoJ’s Tele-Law 2.0 Event

Advancing the Constitutional Call: Article 39 A

Demonstrating an unyielding commitment to fulfill the Constitutional mandate of Article 39 A, guaranteeing Access to Justice, the Department of Justice (DoJ) is poised to celebrate the Tele-Law 2.0 event on August 25, 2023, at New Delhi’s Siri Fort Auditorium. This event marks a significant achievement: extending pre-litigation advice to five million citizens through technology. The event will be graced by Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Minister of State (I/C) for Law and Justice.

Integration for Comprehensive Legal Support

This occasion not only celebrates an accomplishment but also signifies an integration of legal services. The Tele-Law initiative seamlessly merges with the Nyaya Bandhu (Pro Bono) program, streamlining access to legal guidance, assistance, and representation through a unified registration process. Through this consolidated approach, Tele-Law aims to equip citizens with comprehensive legal solutions.
