Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates who clear the CBT are called for the SSC GD Constable Physical Test, whcih includes two stages: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). PST checks height, chest (for males), and weight.

  • Minimum height and chest requirements differ for male and female candidates and also vary for different states/regions.
  • This is a qualifying stage, meaning failing to meet the standard will disqualify you regardless of your CBT marks.
