  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university
  • 60% Aggregate marks in higher secondary grade, graduation and post-graduation (B.Tech, B.com, BBA, B.E, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.B.A, etc.)
  • Students should not have any backlogs in any subjects at the time of application
  • Education gap of not more than one year
  • The students should be regular full-time students and have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, and a good command over technical course

Aptitude Test

The Aptitude test is conducted by Accenture representatives. The candidates have to clear this round to qualify for the other rounds. Each student gets different questions in the same pattern/type. There are no negative marking or sectional cutoffs. However, there is overall cutoff.

Group Discussion

In Group discussion round, the candidates are given a topic and 15-20 minutes to discuss it with the group members. Group discussions are not just to test your knowledge, but also to test your leadership skills, interacting skills and listening skills.

 

Interview

Technical: Candidates who have successfully cleared the Group Discussion round and the Aptitude test, will have to undergo a technical interview. The candidates will be tested on their area of interest (Java, computer networking, programming, oracle apps, etc.). Students can expect questions on projects they have worked on during their studies too.

HR: This is a face-to-face interview to test student’s behavior, interpersonal skills, personality, etc. The students will be given different situations to test how they would react in those. They will be judged based on their reaction to the situations given and their patience in handling the problems.

You will also be tested on your ability to work in a team and your readiness for transferable jobs and willingness to work in any shifts.

 

Syllabus

Quantitative Aptitude

This section tests your math and the level of questions asked will be easy to moderate.

Important topics: Algebra, Time & Work, Time, Speed and Distance, Arithmetic, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Geometry, etc.

 

Reasoning

This section tests your mental ability, analytical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.  The questions will be of moderate to difficult level.

Important topics: Logical reasoning, Puzzles, Data Interpretation, Direction,  Venn diagrams.

 

Verbal Ability

Verbal ability tests your English comprehension and basic grammar. You can expect short Reading Comprehension passages. The level of this section is moderate to difficult.

Important topics: Reading Comprehension, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms, Antonyms, Paragraph completion, Sentence completion, Vocabulary, etc.
