Credit Officer Scale II Eligibility Criteria

The qualifications required for candidates applying for Bank of Maharashtra Credit Officer Scale II is given below.

Bachelor’s Degree from a University/ Institute with a minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD) marks aggregate in all years/semesters recognized by the Government of India or its Regulatory bodies. 2. Professional Qualifications (Compulsory), anyone: MBA (Full time) preferably in Banking / Finance / Banking & Finance / Marketing / Forex / Credit from a University / Institute recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory Bodies /PGDBA / PGDBM/CA/CFA/ ICWA/ Financial Risk Manager. 3. In case a candidate does not possess any of the professional qualifications, he/she may apply for the post subject to the production of an experience certificate of having worked in Specialized Branches/ Controlling Offices i.e. ZOs/ROS/Commercial / Corporate Credit Departments at Head and Zonal Office level for at least 3 Years in any Public/Private/Foreign Banks / Financial Institutions.	1. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an officer and should be confirmed in service and not on contract in the processing of MSME/ Mid and Large Corporate proposals in Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions. 2. Experience should be in appraisal/ assessment of Credit Proposals of MSME/ Medium/ Large Corporations and/ or working as Branch Head.	1. Thorough knowledge of financial statements and its analysis and logical interpretation. 2. Good credit appraisal skills to assess both funded and non-funded limits/ project loans/ export credit proposals with an understanding of Ind AS. 3. Candidates should have sound knowledge of current RBI instructions with experience in handling and supervising high-value credit. 4. They should be proficient in computers, have good interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, and drafting skills.

Credit Officer Scale III Eligibility Criteria

The qualifications required for candidates applying for Bank of Maharashtra Credit Officer Scale III is given below.

Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 – Selection Process

The candidates have to appear for an online examination, after which they will be selected in a 1:4 proportion for the interview stage based on their ranking. The minimum cut-off for the exam, interview, and final selection shall be 50% for Unreserved candidates/ EWS. For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD the minimum cut-off is 45%.
