 Education Degree: Candidate must have a Bachelor of Laws degree from an institution or university approved by the Bar Council of India.

Bihar Judiciary Services Age Limit: The minimum age is 22 years, but the maximum age for the exam is 35 years. For women with disabilities, the age limit is relaxed to a maximum of 40 years.
