Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be a tribal grower.
- The area of the applicant should not have received consolidation subsidy during the XII Plan period.
- The land records must be in the name of the applicant.
- The applicant should furnish land records or a certified possession certificate.
- The procurement of seed material for gap filling or consolidation must be exclusively from the Coffee Board.

Offline Method
Claiming 1st Installment
- Step 1: Obtain the prescribed format of the application form.
- Step 2: Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form, attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across if required), and provide copies of all mandatory documents (self-attest if required).
- Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned Extension Office of the Coffee Board after planting completion.
- Step 4: The concerned SLO/JLO Office will scrutinize the documents, conduct a field inspection, furnish an inspection report, and forward the claim along with enclosures for sanction/rejection of the claim or justification for releasing the 1st installment.
Claiming 2nd Installment
- Step 1: Obtain the prescribed format of the application form.
- Step 2: Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form, attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across if required), and provide copies of all mandatory documents (self-attest if required).
- Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned Extension Office of the Coffee Board during the 2nd year of planting, after filling the vacancies.
- Step 4: The concerned SLO/JLO Office will scrutinize the documents, conduct a field inspection, furnish an inspection report, and forward the claim along with enclosures for sanction/rejection of the claim or justification for releasing the 2nd installment.
