GPSC Prelims Exam Pattern

  • The GPSC prelims exam consists objective-type multiple-choice questions.
  • The GPSC prelims exam is divided into two papers, i.e., General Studies I and General Studies II.
  • Both paper carries 200 marks each, making total of 400 marks.
  • There shall be a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for incorrect responses in the GPSC preliminary exam.
  • Candidates must score at least 33% of marks to be declared qualified in the prelims exam.
