IDBI PGDBF Eligibility Criteria 2024 – Nationality

To apply for the post of IDBI PGDBF, a candidate should be:

  • An Indian citizen, or a subject of Bhutan or Nepal, or a Tibetan refugee who took refuge in India prior to 1st January 1962 with the intent of settling permanently in India, or
  • a person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to settle in India permanently.
  • For all of the above nationality-related criteria, the candidate needs to show certificate (s) of eligibility which the Government of India has issued. The bank will not consider a certificate issued by any other authority.

IDBI PGDBF Eligibility Criteria 2024 – Age

Candidates applying for the diploma course should be a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 25 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 31.01.1999 and not later than 31.01.2004 (both dates inclusive)

Candidates applying for IDBI PGDBF 2024 should posses the following qualifications –

  • Candidates should be Graduate from any discipline from a university recognized by Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by Government of India. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
  • Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
  • Proficiency in regional language will be preferred.
