TNPSC Group 2 Posts 2021 – Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts the exam for different posts under Group 2 and Group 2A through the Combined Civil Services Examination-II (CCSE-II). Sub Registrar and Deputy Commercial Tax Officer are the most competitive, and many aim to become this among Grade 2 designations. Group 2 candidates are selected based on the preliminary examination, main written examination, and Interview, while Group 2A are judged based on the marks secured in the written exam only. A standard notification for the recruitment will be released for Group 2 and Group 2A as Group 2A has been joined with Group 2. TNPSC Group 2: Selection Procedure

A candidate has to go through the following stages to get selected for TNPSC Group 2 Posts:

• Preliminary (written) Exam: Prelims exams are objective-based examinations. A candidate has to pass this exam to appear in further exams.
• Mains (written) Exam: Mains Exam is a descriptive type exam. Candidates who clear prelims have to appear for the mains exams.
• Interview Round: Those candidates who clear mains exams need to appear for the Interview round, an oral test. This is the final round to get selected.

TNPSC Group 2A: Selection Procedure

Under TNPSC Group 2A, only a written exam is conducted, and one has to clear only this exam. Candidates for the final selection will be judged based on marks scored in the written examination and their post options.

TNPSC has not released any dates regarding applications and exams. So, candidates have ample time to study and prepare well. Prelims and mains exam will be judging your knowledge on a written basis, while in the interview round, your communication skill and personality will be evaluated.
