• Written Examination: This assessment is out of 200 marks, comprising two papers.
  • Paper 1: Consists of 100 marks and two sections. Section A contains 50 compulsory questions, 25 each from Tamil Language and General Knowledge, focusing on Current Affairs. Section A has a duration of one hour. Section B, lasting two hours, comprises eight descriptive questions based on the chosen subjects, of which candidates must attempt any five. Each question carries 10 marks.
  • Paper 2: Also divided into two sections. Section A comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, each worth 1 mark, with a duration of one hour.
