Introduction
My name is Ankita Singh. I am from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. I have completed my graduation in B.Sc from KNIPSS, Sultanpur and post graduation from Ewing Christian College, Allahabad. I cleared the RRB PO exam this year in my second attempt.
Ankita Singh preparation journey:
I started preparing for banking exams in 2020. Firstly I cleared my basic concepts of quant, reasoning and English. Then, I started to give mocks and analyse it thoroughly.
Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy:
I religiously followed Youtube classes.I used to give a lot of mocks and sectionals. After giving mocks I devoted many hours to analyse them. After analysing I got to know about my weak topics and tried to improve those topics.
Reasoning – For reasoning, I followed a youtube class. I enjoyed solving puzzles so I used to practise regularly. Youtube classes helped me get exams ready and solve the problems the way I never thought before.
English – English was my weak point and I was struggling in this section a lot. Then I started following Nimisha Bansal ma’am,her perfection batch helped me immensely in this journey.
GK/GA – For this section I just followed Kapil kathpal sir’s daily current affairs classes.
Interview – Oliveboard mock interviews available on YouTube helped me to get a basic idea about interview questions and how to answer them.
Role of Oliveboard:
I started using an oliveboard mock test as per the recommendation of Youtube class. I found a wide variety of questions with great quality and excellent test analysis. The questions we get in these mocks are very much similar to real exams. It helped me immensely throughout my preparation. A huge thanks to the OB team!
Feedback for faculty:
Keep doing the good work.
Tips for Other Aspirants:
- Be consistent in your preparation. 3 hours daily is better than 13 hours in one day.
