Test of Local Language

Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding any one local language of the state they applied for.

  • Failing the language test will lead to disqualification from the apprenticeship.
  • The local language test is conducted after qualifying the online written exam, usually during document verification.
  • Candidates who studied the opted local language in Class 10 or Class 12 (as per marksheet) are exempt from the test.
