APPSC Group 1 Syllabus
The candidates must carefully understand the syllabus of the exam if they want to qualify for the exam. The topic-wise syllabus of the exam is discussed below –
The APPSC Group 1 exam consists of two stages followed by an interview stage. The two stages of the exam are –
• prelims stage
• mains stage
The prelims stage is an offline based exam whereas mains is an online stage of the exam
The candidates are required to pass each stage in order to appear in the next stage.
The candidates who are able to clear both the stages are then called for the personal interview round.
The APPSC Group 1 exam prelims level is conducted offline mode at various exam centers across the state. The syllabus for APPSC Prelims and APPSC Mains exam is the same. The difference lies in the depth of the questions asked in the exam. The candidates need to prepare the same syllabus for both exams.

Indian Economy
1. The goals and achievements of the Indian economy

After clearing the prelims stage successfully, candidates are eligible to appear for the mains stage. It is an online stage that is conducted with the help of associated software. The syllabus for this stage is the same and the candidates need to secure the basic qualifying marks in the test. The mains exam is further divided into two stages – basic English and Telugu standard
