Bihar Public Service Commission conducts Bihar Judiciary Service Examination for the recruitment of Civil Judge Posts. The process of recruitment is carried based on prelims, main examination and interviews, Only the candidates who clear the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. Bihar Judiciary  2021 Examination Fees

The candidates have to fill in all the details in the form application applied online and upload their documents. The candidates pay the Application fees according to their Category. The Commission rejects the application form without the payment of fees. The category wise payment of application fees is given below:

Bihar Judiciary Exam Pattern

The Bihar Judiciary Post Examination has two stages of written examination:

• Prelims Exam

• Mains Exam

The Examination pattern of both levels are given below:

Prelims Exam

The Prelims Exam is the first level. The Prelims Exam has two papers, General Studies and Law.

The Exam is for 250 marks.

Mains Exam

The candidates who have cleared the Prelims Exam are called dor Mains Exam. The Bihar Judiciary Mains Exam is a subjective type of exam. The total number of Exams in Mains Exams are 6.  Out of 6 exams, 5 exams are compulsory, whereas one exam is optional.

The Bihar Judiciary Exam selection Procedure has three stages for the selection of candidates. The Preliminary Written exam, Mains Written Exam and the Interview of the candidate. The Selection Procedure for Bihar Judiciary Exam is much the same as other judicial Service Exam.

• Preliminary Stage:

The candidate has to clear the Prelims Exam for being eligible for Mains Exam. The Candidate has to clear the examination with a minimum percentage according to the category mentioned.

• Mains Exam Stage

The candidates who have cleared their Prelims Exam are eligible for their Mains Exams. The Mains exam is a subjective type of examination. The examination has 6 subjects. The candidate has to make sure to clear the Mains stage fulfilling the minimum percentage required for clearance.

• Interview

Once the candidate has cleared both the stages of Mains and Prelims, the candidate is called for an interview. The interview is taken by the committee which the Bihar Public Service Commission decides.

The Bihar Public Service Commission has released the Admit Card for Bihar Judiciary Exam. The Candidates who have cleared the Prelims Exam can download the admit card from the official website of the Commission. The Candidate can follow the same and download the admit card. • Step 1: The candidate should visit the official website of the Commission.
• Step 2: The candidate, after visiting the site, shall click on login to download the Bihar Judiciary Exam, Admit Card.

• Step 4:  After logging in, a hall ticket is generated, containing all the instructions related to the exam.
