Soon the Notification for 2021 will be released by Bihar Police Sub-Ordinates Services Commission for the recruitment of sub-inspectors in the Bihar Police. As of now, there is no official Notification, but it is expected to be released soon. Currently, the Bihar Police recruitment that is underway is for a total of 2213 vacancies combined for both Sergeant and SI in Bihar Police. This recruitment is taking place against the Notification that came out in the previous year.  Now that the Examination has been set to be held on 05-12-2021, it is time for serious preparation.  Let us now look at the Bihar Police SI Syllabus that must be studied to qualify in the Bihar Police SI Examination. Bihar Police SI Process of Selection

For the recruitment of SI in Bihar Police, the selection process is made up of five different individual processes or stages. An applicant will have to participate in each of these processes and qualify for each one of them.  The following list provides the five different individual processes in the order in which the candidate appearing for the sub-inspector post in Bihar Police will have to go through them.

General Studies	Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy etc.
General Science	Will include the Knowledge of the Subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from the level of 12th Standard. Civics, Indian History, Geography of India, Questions of Social Study will include Indian History, Culture, Geography, Environment, Economic aspects, Freedom Movement, significant features of Indian Agriculture & Natural Resources and Indian Constitution & Polity, Panchayati Raj, community development, and 5 years plans
Mathematics	Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages, Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart, and Data Interpretation
Mental Ability Test	AnalogiesSimilarities and differences, space visualization, problem-solving analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, etc.

Now that you are aware of what syllabus you need to cover to qualify in the preliminary Examination and the Main Examination for SI in Bihar Police, it is best that you set up a timetable and prepare with total concentration.  Also, set aside time for your physical workout and training and slowly increase your stamina, and better your timing so that there is every reason for you to qualify in the Physical Test, too, after you have cleared the stages before it.
