How to Apply Online?
- Online Registration: If you are eligible, you’ll need to register on the BPSC website. Look for the “New Registration” or “Apply Online” link on the homepage and click on it.
- Create an Account: Fill in the required details to create an account. You’ll need a valid email address and mobile number for verification purposes.
- Login Credentials: After successful registration, you’ll receive login credentials (username and password) on your registered email/mobile.
- Login to Your Account: Use the provided login credentials to access your account on the BPSC website.
- Fill the Online Application Form: Click on the “Apply Online” link or the relevant application form link. Fill in all the required details, such as personal information, educational qualifications, work experience, etc.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature, and any other required documents in the specified format and size.
- Payment of Application Fee: Pay the required application fee through the available payment options. The fee can usually be paid online through net banking, credit/debit card, or via challan at designated banks.
- Review and Submit: Before final submission, review all the information provided in the application form and ensure it’s accurate. Once you are satisfied, submit the application.

Guidelines for Uploading Documents
- Document Format: Ensure that the documents you are uploading are in the specified format, such as PDF, JPG, PNG, etc. The notification will mention the accepted file formats.
- File Size: Check the maximum and minimum file size allowed for each document. Compress or resize the documents if necessary to meet the requirements.
- Scanned Copies: Make sure that you are uploading clear and legible scanned copies of the original documents. Blurred or illegible copies may lead to rejection.
- Photograph: If a passport-sized photograph is required, ensure it is recent, colored, and taken against a white background. Follow the specified dimensions and file size for the photograph.
- Signature: The signature should be done using a black ink pen on white paper. Scan it properly, keeping the file size within the allowed limit.
- Educational Certificates: Upload scanned copies of your educational certificates and mark sheets as required. Ensure that the name, institution name, and other details are clearly visible.
- Experience Certificates: If experience certificates are required, provide scanned copies of the relevant documents with the necessary details visible.
- Category/Caste Certificate: If you are applying under a specific category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD), upload a scanned copy of the respective caste/category certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Residential Certificate: If the notification requires a residential certificate, upload the scanned copy of the document validating your residential status in the specified region.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): For candidates currently employed in government or PSU jobs, an NOC from the current employer may be required. Upload the NOC in the prescribed format, if applicable.
- Declaration Form: Some applications may require a self-declaration form stating the authenticity of the information provided. If required, fill and upload the form accordingly.
- Verify Before Submission: Double-check all the uploaded documents to ensure they are accurate, clear, and meet the specified guidelines.
