FCI Manager Notification
Food Corporation of India (FCI) generally releases the notification for FCI Manager in various streams and for various zones. The FCI Manager Vacancies are released for 5 different zones which are North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone & North East Zone. All the eligible and interested candidates will have to fill the application forms online. For all the posts except FCI Manager (Hindi), the age limit remains to be 28 years.

FCI Manager 2024 Notification – Exam Pattern
For all the posts, there will be a selection process consisting of an online test and interview. Further, online test will be divided into Phase 1 & Phase 2. The phase 1 will be common for all and Phase 2 will be divided into Paper 1, 2, 3 & 4. Check out detailed FCI Manager 2024 Pattern below:
FCI Manager Phase I Exam Pattern
The online test of Phase-I shall be common irrespective of the post. The test structure for Phase I Online test is as follow:

NOTE: – In the Phase-I of online test, the test will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions). Each question will carry equal 1 (one) mark. For each wrong answer, there will be negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no negative marking for that question. The marks obtained in Phase-I will NOT be taken for final merit ranking.
FCI Manager Phase II Exam Pattern
The Phase II is further divided according to the posts. Check out post-wise details.
- For Manager (General, Depot & Movement), only Paper 1 will be conducted.
- For Manager (Accounts, Technical, Civil & Electrical Mechanical Engg), both Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be conducted.
- For Manager (Hindi), both Paper 3 & Paper 4 will be conducted

There will be no negative marking in the phase II of the examination.
FCI Manager Notification 2024 – Salary
For the post of Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering), candidates will be selected as Management Trainee and will undergo training for six months. Only consolidated stipend will be paid to them which is of of Rs. 40,000/- (Forty thousand only) per month during the training period. Management Trainees will be considered for absorption as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000 upon successful completion of training period of six months. However, there will be no training in case of Manager (Hindi) and they will be directly appointed as Manager in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 40000 – 140000.
