Important points to remember regarding GIS Exam Pattern:
1) The wrong answer marked by the candidate in the objective test is negative. For each incorrect answer marked, 0.25 points will be deducted from the score assigned to the question.
2) Candidates need to score at least- For General it is 60%, OBC is 60%, and SC/ST is 50%.
3) Candidates shortlisted after the first stage will be summoned for group discussions and interviews.
4) Minimum qualifying marks for the overall selection process (online test, GD and Interview)– Generally, OBC is 60%, and SC/ST is 50%.
5) For each incorrect answer given, ¼ of the score assigned to the question will be penalized. The GIC test is bilingual, that is, English and Hindi, with the exception of the English language part. The English Descriptive Test is online; you just need to use the English keyboard to enter the answer.
GIC Assistant Manager Syllabus 2021
GIC Assistant Manager Stage 1 is a 150-point online written test. The questionnaire is divided into three parts, two of which are objective parts and the other is subjective parts. These questions are raised from the following subject areas:
