IDBI – Industrial Development Bank of India, has released the IDBI Executive Recruitment Notification & IDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment Notification for 2021. There are a total of 920 vacancies for Executive & 650 Vacancies for Assistant Manager. Likewise, there are a few differences with respect to the IDBI Assistant Manager vs IDBI Executive in the syllabus, selection process and pattern of exam. Since both the exams are scheduled in the first week of September, it is advisable to know the difference between the exams.

IDBI Assistant Manager 2021 Exam Pattern

IDBI Assistant Managers are involved in all managerial tasks, such as supervision of clerical work, managing cash balance, etc., and customer services.

• Candidates will have to serve for a probation period of 1 year which is divided into 2 parts- 9 months training & 3 months internship.
• After the completion of probation period, the candidates will be awarded PGDBF certificate and the eligible candidates are recruited as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ posts.

There are 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IDBI Executive 2021 Exam Pattern 

IDBI Executives either work as customer service executives and are responsible for handling the front desk or as teller service executives and handle the teller counter.  IDBI recruits candidates for the post of Executives on a contract basis for 1 year which could be extended further for 2 years based on performance and vacancies.

There are 3 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
