ISRO Driver Selection Process 2023

1Written Test1. The written test will be conducted first, and shortlisting for the skill test will be based on the written test scores in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:10.
2. The written test consists of one paper with 100 objective questions, carrying one mark each. The duration is 2 hours (120 minutes). Correct answers earn one mark, wrong answers result in -0.25 marks, and unattended questions carry zero marks.
3. Those securing a minimum of 50% marks in Part-A and a minimum of 50% marks in Part-B, Part-C, and Part-D combined in the written test will be eligible for shortlisting for the skill test. Total marks obtained in all four parts of the written test will be considered for shortlisting.
4. In case sufficient candidates for reserved vacancies (SC/OBC/Ex-servicemen) are not available, relaxation of marks up to 25% will be allowed in the written test to reach the required number of candidates.
2Skill Test1. The skill test is on a ‘go-no-go’ basis (pass or fail), and marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for selection. It will be evaluated on a 100-point scale, with a minimum of 60% for qualification. No relaxation is allowed for SC/OBC/Ex-servicemen candidates in the skill test.
2. Final selection will be among skill test-qualified candidates, based on scores obtained in the written test. Empanelment will be in the order of marks obtained in the written test for candidates qualifying the skill test with 60% marks. In case of a tie in the written scores, academic scores of the notified qualification will be the tie-breaker.
