SBI PO Interview Marks – Stages of Phase – III

So once you’ve done and cleared the Mains exam, you have to face the SBI PO Interview and GD rounds. These are the steps that follow after you’ve been selected for the final round:

SBI PO Psychometric Test, GD, PI

Students who qualify for the SBI PO Mains exam will be up next for the personality testing stage. This mainly consists of the Psychometric test, Group Exercise/Discussion, and Personal Interview. The results of the psychometric test are considered during the Personal Interview. The weightage of this particular stage is distributed as follows-

SBI PO Psychometric Test 2024

Psychometric tests are personality tests that employers use to study how a potential employee behaves in different situations. These can be professional, practical, emotional, or a combination of the above. SBI introduced the psychometric test in the SBI PO recruitment process from 2022 onwards. The interview panel will have the scores of the Psychometric Test for a thorough insight into the candidate. So make sure you do not underestimate the importance of this test.

SBI PO Group Exercises 2024

The SBI PO Group Exercise is a selection round conducted as part of the SBI PO recruitment process. Candidates will be divided into groups and given a particular topic to discuss. The group exercise stage is designed to assess the communication and interpersonal skills of the candidates. The duration of the SBI PO Group Exercise can vary depending on the number of candidates and the complexity of the task. Typically, it can last anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. SBI PO Personal Interview 2024

The interview panel consists of experienced bankers and officials who will ask you a series of questions to gauge your aptitude and assess your fit for the position.
