A key change in this year’s SIDBI Grade A Selection Process is that there will be 2 phases of the online computer-based test. Candidates will first take the written exam, followed by a psychometric test, and then attend an interview at the SIDBI offices. | Psychometric Test | – Conducted by a third-party agency after Phase II. – Assesses personality, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in different locations. – Results are shared with the interview panel for comprehensive evaluation. |
| Personal Interview | – Candidates who pass the Psychometric Test are invited for a Personal Interview at SIDBI offices. |
