Success Story of Rohit Manglam – Cleared SBI PO 2019, SBI Clerk 2019

Read the Success Story of Rohit Manglam of a B.Sc graduate who never gave up even after failing 10 times and went onto clear some of the major exams like SBI PO & Clerk 2019.

Here is his inspiring story:

Hello everyone, I am Rohit Mangla from Jind, Haryana. I have done my B.Sc. in 2017 and after that I started preparing for banking exams.

In 2017, I appeared for the following examinations:

RRB PO – Failed in pre by 2.5 marks

RRB Clerk– Failed in Mains

IBPS PO– Failed in Mains

IBPS Clerk– Failed in Prelims

In 2018, I appeared for the following examinations:

SBI PO– Failed in Prelims by 0.25 marks

SBI Clerk– Failed in Mains

RRB PO– Failed in Mains by 0.8 mark

RRB Clerk– Failed in Mains by 0.03

IBPS Clerk– Failed in Mains

IBPS PO– Failed in final list by 0.4 mark

In  2019, I appeared for the following examinations:

SBI PO – Selected

SBI Clerk– Selected

Now, here comes my preparation strategy:-

QUANT– Honestly, I was good in Quant. But only being good was not enough. You must have a strong concept on each and every topic. So, I practiced a lot of questions.

REASONING – In reasoning, MUKESH SIR from Oliveboard helped me a lot. He cleared my basics during the live classes. The doubt clearing sessions were also extremely helpful. I practiced many high-level puzzles. Make a note that question selection is also a part of the strategy. This skill can be developed only by giving mock tests.

ENGLISH– This was one of the weakest sections for me. I started reading THE HINDU editorial and wrote each and every word which I don’t know. Within a few weeks, I felt the changes and became able to get average marks in the English section.

GA– This is the game-changer in Mains. I read the headlines in the newspapers on a daily basis. I followed OLIVEBOARD’s Bolt for final revision and this was enough for every mains of bank.

BANKING– I followed ADITYA Sir’s classes from Oliveboard. I invested around 10-12 hours daily for my preparation in the library. Try to make your own strategy according to your weak and strong areas.

My suggestion to all the aspirants is that ’BE DEDICATED AND NEVER GIVE UP’.

Again thanks to Oliveboard, specially Mukesh Sir, Chandan Sir, & Aditya Sir. This achievement would not be possible without your guidance. Good luck to all the aspirants.
