Introduction

I am Sumit Kumar from Giridih, Jharkhand selected as an assistant in MEA.

Brief Description

First I completed the basic course of every subject. Then started taking mocks and analyzed them thoroughly. After that, I tried to find my weak points and worked on them.

Preparation Strategy

i. Math – Completed the course from the Paid course of Gagan Pratap sir. Then solved TCS PYQ from the Pinnacle book 2 times. Simultaneously I started taking weekly mocks on Oliveboard, which helped me in finding my weak points and rectifying them timely.

ii. English – Didn’t buy any paid course for it. Studied the basic grammar from Neetu Singh book and practised questions from Mirror of common errors and MB Publication. Did Vocab(OWS +Idioms) from MB publication. Synonym + Antonym from Kiran PYQ. And took mocks simultaneously and analyzed it.

iii. Reasoning – studied basic first from YouTube. Then solved the TCS Pinnacle PYQ questions. Paid special attention to questions from the series, coding-decoding, figure counting, and missing numbers. And the last as usual… Mocks.

Role of Oliveboard

Appeared in Oliveboard live mocks weekly and in paid mocks as well. The mocks are completely relevant and one step above the real exam. Analyzed it thoroughly and rectified the mistakes.

Tips or advice for fellow aspirants

Follow the above-mentioned strategy religiously and stay focused and dedicated. You will achieve your goal one day with flying colours. All the best..?
