The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts the Combined Civil Services Examination to fill vacancies for Group 1 services in the state administration. The eligible candidates can apply for the online applications for desired posts through the official website of the commission- www.tnpsc.gov.in. The official Notification for the TNPSC Group 1 exam is expected to be released in February 2022. The preliminary examination is expected to be conducted sometime in September 2022. The TNPSC Group 1 Preliminary examination has a multiple-choice (MCQ) paper. All questions carry 1.5 marks each, and negative marking is not applicable. Once the answer key is released, the candidates can use the same to calculate their marks and predict their scores. Step 2: Calculate the sum of correct answers.

Step 3: Multiply the sum of correct answers with 1.5. This gives you the total expected marks.

• Mark the answers with a black ball pen.
• Candidates must completely darken the circles
• In the objective type examination, candidates are not required to write the answers
• The question paper will be in the form of a test booklet
• Against each number, there are circles marked as (a), (b), (c) & (d)
• Candidates must write the papers in their own hand.

After going through the objections and representations made by the candidates, the Public Service Commission of Tamil Nadu releases a Revised TNPSC Group 1 Answer Key on its official website. The candidates should keep checking the website for the Revised answer key to check the revised answers.
