The details related to the RBI SO Interview schedule are as follows:
- The date of the interview will be informed to shortlisted candidates in due course.
- Interview Call Letters indicating the date, time, and venue will be sent via email from [email protected] to candidates’ registered email IDs.
- Candidates are advised to regularly check their email inbox, spam, and junk folders for updates.
Documents to be Brought for RBI Grade A/B Interview
Candidates must print and carry the Interview Call Letter along with the original documents for verification on the day of the interview. The following documents in original along with one self-attested copy of each:
- Photo Identity Proof
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Educational Qualification Certificates
- Experience Certificates (if applicable)
- Caste/Category Certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- PwBD or specified disability certificates (if applicable)

Submission of BIODATA and Documents Before Interview
All shortlisted candidates must submit their duly filled BIODATA and scanned copies of relevant certificates/documents to the RBI Services Board by 7th November 2025 via email to [email protected].
- Send documents only from your registered email ID.
- All documents must be in PDF format and self-attested.
- The total email size should not exceed 10 MB.
- Page size should be A4.
- Prepare two PDF files only:
- One PDF for BIODATA
- One PDF for all other documents (in the order mentioned below).
- Ensure all scanned documents are clear and legible.
- The email subject line should be in the following format:
(Roll Number) – (Name of Candidate) – Recruitment for Various Posts in Reserve Bank of India (Post Name) – Panel Year 2024
Order of Documents to be Submitted
Candidates must arrange and submit their documents in the following sequence:

Proof of Date of Birth | • Matriculation Passing Certificate or Secondary School Leaving Certificate only. • No other document will be accepted for DOB verification. • In case of a name change after Matriculation, submit an original affidavit confirming that both names refer to the same person. |
| c. Educational Qualification Certificates | • Mark sheets of Matriculation, HSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation, or Equivalent Technical/Professional Qualifications for all semesters/years. • Degree/Diploma Certificates awarded by the University/Institute. • If CGPA/OGPA/CPI is used instead of percentage, provide conversion criteria issued by the University/Institute. • If not available, the criteria mentioned in Para 23 of Advertisement No. RBISB/DA/02/2025-26 dated July 11, 2025 will be applied. |
| d. OBC Candidates | • OBC Caste (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate as per the prescribed format (see Para 7 of Advertisement No. RBISB/DA/02/2025-26). • OBC Declaration in original. |
| e. SC/ST Candidates | • Latest SC/ST Caste Certificate as per the prescribed format. |
| f. EWS Candidates | • Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed format (as per DoPT O.M. No.36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) dated January 31, 2019). • Certificate should be valid for the Financial Year 2024–25 and Panel Year 2025–26. |
| g. PwBD Candidates | • Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. • Candidates who availed scribe/compensatory time must also submit a medical certificate from a government hospital confirming limitation to write (dated prior to the Online/Written Exam). |
| h. Persons with Specified Disabilities (<40% Disability) | • Submit a certificate from a competent medical authority confirming limitation to write and requirement of a scribe (as per Appendix-III of Advertisement No. RBISB/DA/02/2025-26). |
| i. Staff Candidates | • Attach a letter from the Administration Section (HRMD) of the respective Regional Office/CoD/Training Establishment confirming staff eligibility and stating any pending Vigilance/Discipline cases. |
| j. Candidates Availing Age Relaxation | • Submit relevant proof/certificates supporting the age relaxation claim. |
| k. Experience Certificates | • Certificates from employers mentioning: – Name, post held, and nature of duties – Dates of joining and leaving – Probation period (if any) • Government employees must also attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if not already informed to their employer. |
