What to Do If You Face a Technical Problem?

If candidates face a system or server problem during the examination, or experience loss of examination time because of a technical issue, they can use the Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism (CGRS) provided by IBPS. Such complaints are considered on their merits.
