AFCAT Selection Process 2023- Written Test

AFCAT Selection Process 2023 – Interview Process

The AFSB Interview consists of three stages

AFSB Interview Stage 1

  • The first day of the interview session includes the Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with the Picture Perception and Discussion Test.
  • Candidates who qualify for stage 1 will undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility for the respective posts.
  • Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be sent back.

AFSB Interview Stage 2

  • The psychological test takes place on Day 1 (afternoon).
  • Group tests and personality tests are conducted for the next five days after document verification.

AFSB Interview Stage 3

  • This stage is exclusively for candidates applying for the Flying Branch.
  • The Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) Test is mandatory.
