AFCAT Selection Process 2023- Written Test

AFCAT Selection Process 2023 – Interview Process

The AFSB Interview consists of three stages
AFSB Interview Stage 1
- The first day of the interview session includes the Officer Intelligence Rating Test along with the Picture Perception and Discussion Test.
- Candidates who qualify for stage 1 will undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility for the respective posts.
- Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be sent back.
AFSB Interview Stage 2
- The psychological test takes place on Day 1 (afternoon).
- Group tests and personality tests are conducted for the next five days after document verification.
AFSB Interview Stage 3
- This stage is exclusively for candidates applying for the Flying Branch.
- The Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) Test is mandatory.
- Candidates who have previously failed the CPSS/PABT or Flight Cadets suspended from flying training at the Air Force Academy are not eligible.
AFCAT Selection Process 2023 – Medical Exam
- After the personality tests, qualified candidates undergo a medical examination.
- Candidates must be mentally and physically fit during the selection process.
