BARC Salary 2023 – Period of Training

All candidates who are chosen will receive a two-year training program at different training centers located throughout the country. The candidates will not be allowed to choose their preferred training program or location.

BARC Salary 2023 – Grade After Successful Completion of Training

Upon completing the training successfully, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance throughout the training period and an interview conducted at its conclusion, to determine their eligibility for absorption into the following grade at the time of appointment. BARC Salary 2023 – Bond

Each of the chosen candidates will be required to sign a bond committing to the completion of their training and subsequent service in the constituent units of DAE for a duration of three years following their absorption. In the event that a candidate fails to complete their training or serve the department for the stipulated period, they will be held accountable to the government for a sum equal to the total amount of stipend and book allowance they received during the training period, plus any applicable interest.
