NeVA Digital House: President Droupadi Murmu officiated the launch of the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) at the Gujarat legislative assembly in Gandhinagar, joined by Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel. The NeVA Digital House Project: Transforming Legislative Operations

The National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) is a pioneering endeavor developed by the Union Parliamentary Affairs Ministry, aimed at digitizing legislative work and making it accessible to both citizens and Assembly members. NeVA features a user-friendly website and a mobile app that simplify access to various documents, including question lists, business agendas, and reports.

Expanding NeVA’s Influence: A Growing Network

At present, 21 State legislatures have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for NeVA implementation, with allocated funds for 17 legislatures. Remarkably, nine legislatures have already adopted a fully digital, paperless mode, conducting their entire legislative processes through the NeVA platform.
