IBPS SO Notification 2023 – Selection Process
The IBPS SO 2023 selection procedure comprises three stages: the Preliminary exam, the Mains exam, and the Interview.
- Preliminary Exam: In the first stage, candidates will appear for the IBPS SO Preliminary exam. This exam is conducted by IBPS and serves as a screening test. It consists of objective-type questions and is held to assess the candidates’ basic knowledge and aptitude related to their respective specialist officer posts. Based on the performance in this exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage.
- Mains Exam: Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary exam will move on to the second stage, which is the IBPS SO Mains exam.
