Manipur PSC Age Limit Criteria 2024

For the Manipur PSC exam 2024 conducted by the Manipur Public Service Commission applicants should be minimum 21 years old and not more than 30 years old (As on 1st January 2024).

Manipur PSC 2024 Educational Qualification

Following are some educational criteria needed in order to be eligible for the taking the Manipur CCE:

A candidate needs to have a degree from a university recognized by the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions authorized by an Act of Parliament. Alternatively, the candidate can possess an equivalent qualification as specified in the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination Notification PDF.
Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognized by the government as equivalent to a professional and technical degree are also eligible to appear for the exam.
Candidates who pass the final professional MBBS or other medical examination but have not finished their internship by the time they submit their application for the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination will be provisionally admitted to the examination, provided they include a copy of the certificate from the relevant university or institution authority with their application.

Note 1: All candidates declared qualified by the Commission for the Manipur PSC Main Examination, must provide proof of passing the required examination along with their application for the Main Examination. Failure to do so, will result in candidates not being admitted to the Main Examination.

Note 2: During the interview process, candidates will be required to provide their original degree/certificate from the relevant authority at the university or institution attesting to the fact that they have fulfilled all requirements (including the internship) to be given the degree.

Manipur PSC Eligibility: Number of Attempts

Number of attempts for Manipur CCE is decided according to the category. Relaxations are also provided, if applicable. Below table presents the number of attempts allowed according to the category:

Even if the candidature is disqualified or canceled, the candidate’s appearance in the examination will still be considered as an attempt.
