Hi, I’m Vikash! I am a BSc Bio 2019 graduate with training in Electrical Engineering from ITI.

Details of Your Preparation Journey

When I started my preparation, my aim was the vacancy of a fireman. However, I accidentally joined the batch for SSC CGL. I got 26 out of 200 for my first mock test, with a 0 in English and Maths. That’s where I started my preparation from.

Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy

Quantitative

  • Practice all concepts of arithmetic and advanced.
  • Practice your coaching booklet at least 10-20 times.
  • Attempt previous year papers at least 10-20 times (particularly 2014 to latest TCS questions)
  • At least 5 mock tests a week for Prelims and at least 7 mock tests a week for mains.

Reasoning: 

Only previous year papers of CPO, CHSL, MTS, CGL, phase, difficult questions, and hard questions videos of different channels

English: 

Previous year’s vocabulary through online mentors’ PDFs and all previous year + live mocks from Oliveboard and SSC Tube.

GA/GK

Geography and Current affairs for 2 years regularly on a daily basis from youtube channels. Also, practice the previous year’s question papers.
