Inspiring Success Story of Sagar Mehra

I am Sagar Mehra from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I have completed my graduation (B.sc-PCM) in 2019. I started my preparation in November 2019 and I cleared RRB OFFICER SCALE 1 and RRB CLERK Exams in my very first attempt. 

Apart from these exams, I gave the below-mentioned exams: 

SBI CLERK 2020 (Failed) 

RBI ASST 2020 (Failed) 

SSC CPO 2020 Tier I (Cleared) 

SSC CHSL 2019 Tier II (Awaiting Result) 

IBPS PO 2020 (Awaiting Result)

 IBPS CLERK 2020 (Awaiting Result).

I started my preparation by enrolling in an e-learning platform. Then, I gave my first mock test just for finding my weak section and I found that I was weak in English and D.I. Then, I worked hard and tried my best in these sections. 

I divided my day into 3 parts Morning- English, Noon- Quant, and Evening- Reasoning. I used to attempt 1 Mock Test every day and analyze it thoroughly on the same day. Daily, I used to prepare a To-Do list in the morning and worked according to it.

Sagar Mehra Subject-Wise Preparation Strategy

ENGLISH: I read articles of “The Hindu” every day and wrote vocabs in a notebook. I have completed major topics of grammar and I revise them periodically. I gave daily quizzes. 

QUANT: Firstly, I learned tables, squares, cubes, and fraction tables for fast calculation. Then, I completed important arithmetic chapters. I practice 4-5 Prelims, D.I, and 1 Mains D.I. every day. 

COMPUTER: I read Oliveboard Booklet of Computer and gave mock tests only.

REASONING: As reasoning was my strong section, I directly jumped to mock tests and practice different types of puzzles and it worked for me. 

GENERAL AWARENESS: I read the monthly booklets “BOLT” of Oliveboard. Daily I gave quizzes of CA on the Oliveboard App. Before Mains, I read the top 800 Que pdf of Oliveboard.
