The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is one of the top organizations in terms of employment testing, evaluation and human resource management as well as employment selection in the country. It offers its services to the country’s public sector banks, associate banks etc. An extremely popular bank examination that it conducts every year is the IBPS clerk recruitment test. A large number of candidates appear for this examination annually, with the hope that they will crack the test and create a career for themselves in the banking profession. For the year 2017-2018, the first paper was held sometime in December and the second paper was held in January 2018. The exam results came out in the month of April, along with the results of the IBPS PO examination.
