CTS

CTS is a US-based provider of information technology, consulting and BPO service. It has posted the current revenues of around $7.34 billion. It has approximately 1, 45,200 employees worldwide. It has more than 815 clients across 5 continents and the industry verticals from Banking & Finance Services, Consumer Goods to Manufacturing & Logistics. The starting salary for software professionals is around INR 3 lakhs. With 2-4 years of experience the salaries is between INR 4-6lakhs per annum, with 5-8 years of experience the salaries are as high as 8lakhs per annum as and more than 10lakhs per annum with 9 years of experience. The professionals with project management skills command higher packages.
