3. Firstly the applicants will have to register using the registration option. They will receive a Registration number and password on the registered mobile number and email id.
4. The applicants need to log in and fill out the application form. Along with the form, they also need to upload the necessary documents. These documents include a passport size photo, a signature, and a handwritten declaration.
5. After attaching the relevant documents, submit the application form and pay the application fees. 
6. Take a printout for future reference.
