The West Bengal Police Constable selection process has different steps to thoroughly evaluate candidates:

WBP Constable Selection Process: Stage 3 (PET)

Candidates who will qualify the PMT will be called for the physical efficiency test (PET). The PMT results will determine their eligibility for the PET based on certain performance criteria. WBP Constable Selection Process: Stage 4 (Interview)

All candidates who successfully clear the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called for an Interview. The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board will determine the procedure, date, time, and venue for the Interview.
