XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the date for XAT 2022 exam. It has scheduled the exam for January 2, 2022, and will conduct it to fill the seats for MBA and PGDM courses in over 170 top institutes. It has designated 72 test cities across the country and more than 100 test venues for this national-level exam. However, the number of XAT Exam Centers may increase further considering Covid-19’s social distancing measure and depending upon the number of applicants. Earlier, this exam used to be held in Dubai (UAE) and Kathmandu (Nepal), but there may not be any International XAT test centres for 2022.

The aspirants can choose two XAT Exam Centers as per their convenience and preference. Now, they can even change the venue selected, but the process involved is time-consuming. XAT Exam Centers 2022 List

The XAT Exam Centers for 2022 are spread across all over India. Aspirants have the choice to select any two venues as per their location and convenience. The exam conducting board will issue the admit cards of all eligible aspirants for the XAT Exam 2022 tentatively by 20th December 2021. It will have an exam centre where the aspirants have to appear for the written exam.

XAT Exam 2022: International Cities

Earlier XLRI Jamshedpur used to conduct XAT Exam in different locations at Kathmandu, Nepal, and Dubai, UAE. But for 2022, it has decided that it will not keep any international XAT Exam Center. However, aspirants of these cities may submit their GMAT scores for admissions to MBA courses offered by B-schools accepting XAT scores.

Step-by-Step process to Select XAT Exam Centers 2022

Aspirants can choose their preferred XAT Exam Centers while submitting the online registration form. We advise them to follow the step-by-step instructions mentioned below for choosing their preferred venues.

  • Look for the register button and click
  • Fill in the required details

Step-by-Step process to Change XAT Exam Centers 2022

We advise the aspirants to be very careful while choosing the XAT Exam Centers2022. However, it is possible to change the exam centre even after the aspirants have submitted the application form. The process is quite cumbersome and lengthy. But, if, because of any unavoidable reasons, the aspirants have to change the XAT 2022 exam venue, they need to write a formal application requesting the same to admissions@xatonline.net.in. After that, the XAT exam conducting authority will evaluate the aspirant’s request and decide on the test centre change. Hence, carefully filling in the details and exam centres in the application form is necessary because getting things changed creates last-minute confusion and chaos. And, the final decision on the allocation or change of exam centre rests with XLRI.

XAT Exam 2022: Admit Card and Things to Check

XLRI will tentatively release the admit cards for all eligible aspirants on its web portal by 20th December 2021. We advise the aspirants to check the details mentioned on the admit card, like their personal details and allocated XAT Exam Centers. If everything mentioned on the admit card seems correct, aspirants need to download that to their system and take a printout. If they see any discrepancy in the details or need to change the allocated exam venue, they need to email the authority and correct it at the earliest.

XAT Exam 2022: Mandatory Documents

The aspirants need to carry their admit cards along with original ID proofs, photocopies, and passport-sized photographs to the XAT Exam Center. They will get entry to the examination hall only after the verification. They need to be there at least half an hour before the exam to fulfil all verification formalities.
