APSC CCE Selection Process
APSC CCE Selection Process 2024: Assam PSC conducts CCE for the recruitment in various department of Assam Government. There are three steps in recruitment stage of the APSC CCE. The first stage is preliminary which is qualifying in nature. Qualified candidates from first stage get an invitation for second stage i.e. mains exam. Those who successfully clears the mains exam criteria, are called for Interview round in which they are evaluated on their personal ability and interpersonal skills.

APSC CCE Selection Process 2024
The recruitment process of Assam Public Service Commission Combined Competitive Exam is conducted into three stages. The first stage is Preliminary exam followed by Mains exam and then Interview round is arranged for those who successfully clear the previous two stages. After document submission and document verification, selected candidates are posted as officers in various department.

- The first stage of the recruitment process is Preliminary Exam.
- There are two papers in this test.
- First paper consists of questions from General studies related to Social Science and General Science.
- Total marks allotted for First paper is 200.
- The time duration of General Studies paper is 2 hours.
- Second paper consists of questions from Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English and Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skills.
- This papers also holds weightage of 200 marks.
- The time duration of second paper is 2 hours.
- 1/4th marks is deducted for every wrong answers.

APSC CCE Selection Process 2024: Mains
- Candidates who clear the first stage of recruitment process, are called for the second stage which is Mains Exam.
- In Mains exam, there are six papers, from which one paper is essay and remaining 5 papers consist of questions related to General studies.
- Every papers are of 250 marks each, making total of 1500 marks.
- Time duration of each paper is 3 hours.
- For mains exam, candidates need deep knowledge of General Studies of Assam and India, Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude.

APSC CCE Selection Process 2024: Interview
After successfully clearing the mains examination, candidates are allowed to the next significant stage, which is the Interview. Upon being selected for the interview, candidates receive an invitation for the process on a specified date.
